Name of the Post: Theme Leader (Gender and Financial Literacy) - (01)

Educational Qualification: Masters Degree in relevant discipline such as social sciences etc are preferred, Excellent understanding of patterns of gender, poverty, vulnerability and exclusion across the identified states, Experience of working in Gender Programmes supported by DFID/ Other donor agencies. Candidates have experience in PSIG states are preferred.

JEE Advanced 2014 : Registrations starts from 4th May : 

The registrations for Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Advanced, the final exam for admissions to undergraduate courses at the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) will commence on May 4. The candidates who manage to secure the top 1.5 lakh ranks in JEE Mains will be eligible to apply for these exams.

The results for JEE Mains will be declared on May 3 and the registrations for JEE Advanced will begin on May 4. 

Important Dates (JEE Advanced):
Online registration opens: May 4
Online registration ends: May 9
Last date of receipt of registration fee through e-challan mode: May 12
Exam: May 25
Result: June 19
Online IIT/ISM course selection opens: June 20
Online IIT/ISM course selection ends: June 24
Online release of first round of seat allocation: July 1
Online release of second round of seat allocation: July 7
Online release of third round of seat allocation: July 12
Withdrawal of seat and refund of provisional admission fee: July 9 to July 11

ISRO Recruitment written test Postponed : 

Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has postponed the date of written test for the centralised recruitment of Scientists/Engineers in Electronics, Mechanical and Computer Science, Civil, Electrical and A/C and Refrigeration discipline due to general elections.

The written exams scheduled to take place in April 26, 2014, will now take place in May 24, 2014. Call letters for written test will be sent to the short-listed candidates through e-mail during first week of May, 2014.

Scientist/Engineer Electronics: 35 posts
Scientist/Engineer Mechanical: 50 posts
Scientist/Engineer Computer Science: 17 posts
Scientist/Engineer Civil: 5 posts
